Then, we'll go away, and prepare your Cashflow Forecast, using the information from your accounting software, and our initial meeting.

We'll meet again to review the Cashflow Forecast together, and discuss any seasonal fluctuations, material changes, and significant items.

We recommend you create actual vs. forecast reports each month to track your progress, and clarify areas that may present improvement opportunities. We can also help you with this.
